Inside Sales Executive

Experience Required

Freshers or minimum 6 months in sales

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Conduct sales calls and consultations to guide potential clients in making informed decisions about our offerings.
  2. Understand client needs and tailor sales pitches to align with their goals and requirements.
  3. Effectively communicate the benefits and advantages of our products or services.
  4. Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and relationship-building.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree in any specialization. MBA is preferred.
  2. Strong interest in sales and customer interaction.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  4. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  5. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

Working Days

  • Mandatory work-from-office from day one.
  • Half-day work on the second and fourth Saturdays; full-day work on all other Saturdays.
  • Working hours: General Shift.

Salary

Upto 4.8 LPA + incentives
